Scheduling Fees

Scheduling fees vary by artist, and can range from 100.00 to 200.00 USD. These fees are non-refundable, and are deducted from your total cost.

Rescheduling

The booking fee remains non-refundable, but avoiding forfeiture is possible with notice of reschedule. Your artist will advise you on their requirements during the inquiry process.

Late

Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, we'll need to reschedule, and the original scheduling fee will be forfeited, requiring a new fee for a new appointment. Kindly inform us if you anticipate being late.

No-Show

Scheduling fee is forfeit. This is non-negotiable.

Terms

You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to get tattooed. There are no exceptions.

Ensure your government-issued ID or Driver’s License is not expired; an expired ID will prevent us from completing the paperwork process, resulting in a forfeited booking fee.

Please confirm with your artist before bringing any guests or visitors.

If you arrive early, wait outside the studio to maintain privacy and social distancing for the client ahead of you. When you arrive, contact your artist, and they will notify you when it’s time to enter.

Important Safety Reminders

Eat a meal 1-2 hours before your appointment.

Bring water and a carbohydrate-rich snack.

Avoid alcohol consumption for 48 hours before your appointment.

Do not take blood thinners within 24 hours leading up to your appointment. Consult your doctor if you have a medical condition requiring blood thinning medication.

If you have a health condition that may be affected by tattooing, provide emergency contact information, and inform them of your appointment. While emergencies are unlikely, this helps streamline any necessary assistance.
